To access certain features of our platform and software solutions, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for ensuring that all users under your account comply with these Terms.

However, we do not guarantee that software descriptions, features, or other content on the platform are error-free or that the software will meet your specific requirements. Subscription renewals will be processed automatically unless cancelled according to the procedures outlined in your service agreement. All software, code, algorithms, models, and content included on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and documentation, are the property of GenAI or its suppliers and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not claim intellectual property rights in our AI models, outputs, or generated content, though you may own content you create using our tools within the scope of your license.
We strive to maintain high availability of our software services as specified in our Service Level Agreement (SLA). The SLA forms part of these Terms and outlines performance metrics, uptime commitments, and remedies for service disruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the software but will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly.
GenAI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use or inability to use our software platform, data loss, system incompatibilities, business interruption, or any other matter relating to our platform and software. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the software services during the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages are based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GenAI, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the software, any data processed through our systems, your violation of any rights of a third party, or your conduct in connection with the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. For users accessing our services from within Bangladesh, all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh. For international users, these Terms comply with relevant international software licensing and intellectual property regulations. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms may be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC) rules, or through other internationally recognized dispute resolution mechanisms as appropriate to your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. For material changes to the software functionality or terms, we will provide notification through the platform or via email.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our software immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the software will immediately cease. You may also terminate these Terms by discontinuing use of our software and cancelling your subscription according to our cancellation policy.
